We're Celebrating 50 Years in Scouting!
In 2022, we celebrated our 50th year together as a large, family-orientated pack in Maricopa County. That means our pack has been around since 1972!
We recently converted in the last couple of years to a family pack, which allows those siblings (who probably attend meetings anyway) to join in the fun! Pack Meetings are monthly, typically on the 2nd Thursday, & held at Legend Springs Elementary, just east of 67th Ave off of Deer Valley Rd. Our dens, or groups of scouts of the same grade level, meet additionally 2-4 times per month. Scheduling is determined & based on the availability of the parents & Den Leader(s).

See Our Pack in Action!
This past December, Pack 513 once again participated in the Glendale Hometown Christmas Parade in downtown Glendale. The video shown here starts right as our pack is coming down by the judges panel, while walking town Glendale Avenue. If you look closely, you'll be able to see our Cubmaster, Mr. Ryan, dressed in the famous pink bunny pajamas from the classic holiday movie 'A Christmas Story.' You can also check out the photos below of Mr. Ryan next to some of our scouts while being interviewed prior to the start of the parade. The other photo shows more of our scouts and some leaders prepping candy to be handed out to the crowd, gathered to spectate this amazing holiday tradition.
